A between-misadventures microgame.

Heroes are pretty much invulnerable, we all know that. But... mostly on the outside. On the inside, all those wounds count up. One day, between one adventure and the next, you'll have to stop for some rest. And when you do, you'll surely have some grand, tragic tales to tell—some things you'll want (or need) to get off your chest. That's what downtime is for.

Share your misadventures by the campfire, and talk out your hearts until they're full once again. After all, nobody's perfect.

---

You may want to play out some Downtime as characters in your favourite tabletop roleplaying game. Or, perhaps talk out some things that are even closer to heart, possibly your misadventures from our real world. Whichever way you want to spend your downtime, remember to look after yourself, hero. 💖

---

Downtime was inspired by a tweet of mine, and a conversation with a friend about it (Laura from Lucky Newt Games). Leave the combat, world-ending evils, and +stats at the door—this is your downtime.
